Crashing is a part of our sport that nobody likes, but it happens all the time. Most times we get out lightly but sometimes things just go really really wrong.

During such crashes strong forces act on your bike that can damage important parts and make the bike unsafe if not impossible to ride. The product warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes. That is why PROPAIN offers a crash replacement for the registered original owner of the frame for 2 years after purchase. A new replacement frame (or parts of a frame) can be purchased from us with great discounts.

In case of need contact us and we arrange a frame replacement as quick as possible.

What else do you need to do?

• Provide us a detailed description of the accident
• Send us the damaged frame
• Provide the original purchase receipt
• Register your frame immediately after purchase

The PCR-Program is limited to the registered original first owner of the frame and covers only frames that are damaged by accident, so that a safe utilization of the bike is impossible. PROPAIN reserves the right to defer this service if we detect that the damage is a result of vandalism.
