Cycle to Work for UK Customers

We now accept Cycle to Work vouchers online from CycleScheme, The Green Commute Initiative, Bike2Work and MyBenefitsWorld, allowing you to save up to 48% off your new bike.

Customize your bike on our website, select your shipping address and the UK team will handle the rest.

How to order

When purchasing with Cycle to Work vouchers please follow the steps below; 

  • Configure the bike you would like and add to your basket.
  • Confirm your shipping address- either directly to your address or to the PROPAIN UK HQ in Crawley.
  • Select your voucher supplier from the options provided.
  • Use total price in your basket to apply for your voucher and then complete the check out.
  • You will then receive an email from PROPAIN Germany explaining the next steps.
  • If your bike configuration is higher than your voucher value please email [email protected]

Ready to Ride!

Once you have ordered your bike PROPAIN Bikes UK will be in touch to confirm your order number and an invoice will be sent to you from them as your purchase will be completed with the UK office. Once you have received your voucher please send this directly to PROPAIN Bikes UK.

Once your bike is assembled and ready to ship or be collected your voucher will be processed, your bike will not be released until your voucher has been received.
