PROPAIN Bicycles, a direct-to-consumer brand, is opening up their US sales, service and assembly operations in Vancouver Washington. We are looking for someone to fulfill the role of customer service agent. This role is dealing with consumers by phone, email and live chat. This person must have a great phone presence, patience with consumers and eager to help people build the best bike just the way they want it. Part of this job will be dealing with technical issues that pop up and solving problems over the phone, email or live chat. Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering emails, calls and chats
  • Answering questions regarding bike builds, component spec and other technical issues
  • Streamline and process improvement is a core function of this job
  • Using CRM software to follow up on sales leads and warranty cases
  • Coordinating with forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies to ensure product gets here on time or to the customer on schedule
  • Negotiating rates with shippers


  • Previous phone sales or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of bikes and parts required
  • CRM and ERP knowledge a plus
  • Basic computer skills


  • Salary – $18 to $22 an hour depending on experience
