PROPAIN Bicycles, a direct-to-consumer brand, is opening up their US sales, service and assembly operations in Vancouver Washington. We are looking for someone to fulfill the role of customer service agent. This role is dealing with consumers by phone, email and live chat. This person must have a great phone presence, patience with consumers and eager to help people build the best bike just the way they want it. Part of this job will be dealing with technical issues that pop up and solving problems over the phone, email or live chat.
