Updates from David Assfalg

As PROPAIN grows in North America, I’ll be posting regular updates on what the PROPAIN North America Crew is doing to increase transparency and improve the experience for you all.

Hit the gravel: quicker lead times on terrel

Great news for gravel grinders! Thanks to streamlined workflows in our new facility, lead times for the Terrel CF have been slashed. Whether you’re chasing backcountry routes or daily adventures, your custom-built Terrel will now arrive faster than ever.

For those who want to hit the trails immediately, our pre-specced Tyee and Shresh models remain available with 1-business-day shipping in our Bikes Outlet. But if you’re craving a gravel machine tailored to your exact specs, the Terrel’s new turnaround time proves custom doesn’t have to mean “wait forever.”

HQ Updates

Our expanded North American headquarters isn’t just about square footage—it’s a symbol of PROPAIN’s deepening roots here in Washington State. To celebrate this growth, we’re proud to debut our new PROPAIN North America logo, blending our global heritage with local inspiration.

The design retains PROPAIN’s font, ensuring instant brand recognition, but now features a subtle outline of Mount Hood—a nod to the Pacific Northwest’s legendary terrain. Join us April 5th to kick off this exciting era:

  • Check out our brand new, updated showroom. Check out ALL our bike models on display and view the space where your custom bike dreams become reality.
  • Demo Rides: Test our bikes – in the parking lot or on nearby trails. Most models will be available, from the agile Terrel to the enduro powerhouse Tyee.
  • Meet the Pros: Hang out alongside PROPAIN athletes, grab an autograph and a selfie, and maybe even learn some pointers in the parking lot.
  • Food, Drink, Good Vibes. More details will be out next week, we look forward to seeing you there!
