We have developed a custom box for the dispatch of your bike. With it, we can ensure that your dream bike will arrive safe. The fee for the bike box is included in the shipping costs.
Orders delivered by DHL can be tracked via the shipment number in the DHL customer portal. Desired delivery dates and changes to the delivery location can also be made there.
Deliveries with DHL Freight are announced directly to you by our logistic partners by telephone and coordinated with you.
