If it’s not, no worries—we’ve got you covered.

Here’s how it works:

We’re here to make your bike-buying experience as fun and engaging as your favorite downhill run. Got questions? Our Customer Service crew is happy to help!

Our Process

We build

As a direct to consumer company, the majority of our bikes are purchased through our website, where you can choose to customize your components and colors. Once your order is placed, our Crew in Vancouver, Washington gets to work building your dream bike:

  • Your frame gets prepped then is passed along to our production team along with your custom components.
  • An expert mechanic fully assembles your bike from the frame up before it goes to QC for a [placeholder number] point inspection
  • Your bike is minimally disassembled (bars and front wheel removed), carefully packed in our tailor made packaging, then shipped to your doorstep.
  • You receive your dream bike in a few business days, and ride off into the sunset.
the best bikes

We design and build mountain bikes that can handle anything, from dirt jumps to downhill runs. Every bike is built around our award-winning Pro10 Suspension, giving you the perfect ride no matter the trail. Whether you’re hitting technical single track or sending it down a steep hill, our bikes are ready for it all.

for us

We design and build mountain bikes that can handle anything, from dirt jumps to downhill runs. Every bike is built around our award-winning Pro10 Suspension, giving you the perfect ride no matter the trail. Whether you’re hitting technical single track or sending it down a steep hill, our bikes are ready for it all.

We’re riders, builders, and creators. With our North American operations based in Washington State, we build every bike from the frame up, right here in the PNW. Being 100% rider-owned and operated means we understand what makes a great bike because we ride every day and love what we do.

& our friends

Riding bikes is more fun with friends, and we’re in the business of having as much fun as humanly possible, which is why it’s in our
best interest to make as many friends as we can. The cornerstone of every good friendship is communication. When we receive
feedback (whether it’s positive or negative), we take it to heart and it goes directly into improving our processes
