We are responding to the wishes of our US customers and are now selling our popular custom mountain bikes in North America.
PROPAIN USA will initially offer a limited number of pre-configured bikes that can be individually assembled with colored decals, handles and saddles.
Full online configuration and customization will also be offered later on the US website. All components such as fork, shock, drivetrain, seat post, wheelset, tires, brakes, etc. can then be individually configured from a selection of the best components available. This creates a unique bike for each customer.
In addition to the trail, enduro, freeride and downhill bikes, two full-suspension children's bikes with 20" and 24"-26" wheel sets are also available.
Pre-configured bikes can now be ordered online at www.propain-bikes.com/us The shipping center will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah, ensuring short delivery times within the USA.
Test rides and pick-ups can be arranged anytime in Salt Lake City. There will also be the opportunity to take bikes on a roadshow to the various bike parks in America for a test ride. Dates will be announced soon.
Why are there not as many configuration options as on the European website?
For now, the bikes are assembled in Germany. Waiting times would be very high if we offered the same configuration options in the US. However, we will offer full custom configuration options in the US from early 2022.
Will there be more configuration options in the near future?
We will adapt supply to demand and continually update available configurations.
Why aren't all models currently available?
The new Tyee, the Ekano e-bike and the full range of kids bikes will be available soon. Unfortunately, the current challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic are hindering full availability. We plan to offer our entire range in the USA from summer 2020.
Is it possible to order only frame sets?
For the time being, only complete bikes are available. Later, there will also be the option to order frame sets.
Can special requests (installation of own components, etc.) be fulfilled?
Unfortunately not. We are firmly convinced that our configurator has something to offer for every wish. Full customization plus our own components currently exceed our capabilities.
Where can bikes be tested?
All bikes can be tested in Salt Lake City. Simply send a request for an individual appointment to: [email protected].
Can I also order from a neighboring country?
We currently deliver to the USA, Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to Canada will also be possible soon.
Which payment methods are offered?
PayPal and credit card.
How much are the shipping costs?
$99.00 for bikes and $8.00 for parts within the United States.
$290.00 for bikes and $14.00 for parts to Hawaii and Alaska.
How long does a delivery take?
Assuming the bike is in stock, delivery times average between 5-7 days within the United States.
Which supplier will deliver the goods?
FedEx.
What about spare parts/merchandise/etc.?
First of all, we are focusing on bikes. Spare parts and merchandising items will be available soon.
