On site, we offer a various range of pre-build bikes which are available immediatly.
You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to your door or to our UK HQ in Crawley.
Since the beginning of July 2022, the PROPAIN UK headquarters are open to the public.
From there we can ensure all PROPAIN owners based in the UK get the service you need in a much quicker time frame. Whether it's spare parts, warranty issues or new orders, the team at PROPAIN UK are always there for you. Located south of London, just a short drive from the popular and famous trails of the Surrey Hills, we have set up a showroom and demo centre to give you the opportunity to see and try out the full range of products on the trail.

We ship all bike orders to the UK Duty Paid with Fed Ex. Once your bike is built you'll receive your tracking details from FedEx, there's nothing extra to pay and your bike should arrive within 7-10 working days.
You can alternatively choose to have it sent to the UK HQ in Crawley, but if you choose to do this you'll need to select a different shipping address and type out PROPAIN UK's address in the box.
