Since the beginning of July 2022, the PROPAIN UK headquarters are open to the public.

From there we can ensure all PROPAIN owners based in the UK the service you need in a much faster time frame. Whether it’s for spare parts, warranty questions or new order enquires, the PROPAIN UK team is there to help. Within the facility located south of London, just a short drive away from the popular and famous trails of Surrey Hills, we added a showroom and demo centre to give you the opportunity to see and try the whole range out on the trail.

How to demo a bike

We offer a full range of demo bikes that are available from the Crawley HQ free of charge, booking times and durations are available to view on the link below.

Alternately you’ll be able to test bikes at a number of events and dates across the UK, more detail can be found here.

What we offer on site

In-Stock Bikes

We have complete bikes and framesets in stock & ready to roll. These can be collected or shipped out, so you can be on the trail in a matter of hours.

Small parts, spares, and warranty

We have a full parts inventory in the UK and will try to get parts out to you within a couple of days. Anything you are after, please drop an email or call, the UK team will be more than happy to help you.

Clothing and Accessoires

We also have the PROPAIN clothing collection on site for you. Get yourself a new look and discover our casual and performance apparel as well as some accessoires, like e.g. beanies, socks and more!
